Our Signature Program
RoundTable of Leaders
Small group of peers gather in a three-day retreat for intimate dialogue uncovering ones purpose, vision, and values. Then meet regularly for a year to deepen application and grow leadership by applying the proverb that "iron sharpens iron". Application required.
Foundations of Leadership
Similar to the RoundTable with smaller time commitment. One-and-a-half day retreat followed by six months of group meetings. Open to all. Semester cohort.
Workshops & Coaching
Improve your business leadership as an individual or across teams. Start with our Organizational Character Assessment to identify where to focus. Then work with us to strengthen key pillars through our workshops and one-to-one coaching.

Speaker series. Purposeful Living with Vail Symposium.
Purposeful Living Experience
Informal gatherings for open dialogue on leadership and community topics with notable authors or speakers.
Café Conversations
Informal small group gatherings to discuss topics such as ethics, community, and values to support connection, personal growth, and living with purpose.
